Build Our Space (BOS) specializes in turnkey construction, smart home solutions, and project management. All services provided will be outlined in a formal agreement.

Scope of Services

Quotations: Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Schedule: Payments are divided into milestones, including an initial deposit, progress payments, and final payment upon project completion.
Late Payment: A 1.5% monthly penalty applies to overdue payments.

Quotations and Payment Terms

Estimated timelines will be provided but are subject to delays due to unforeseen factors.
Any changes to the original project scope will require written approval and may incur additional costs.

Project Timeline and Variations

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure site readiness, provide necessary permits, and maintain access for the project team.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration will follow as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Bengaluru jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will only be used for project-related purposes.

Workmanship Warranty: 2 years from the date of project completion.
Structural Warranty: 10 years for structural integrity.
Material Warranty: As per manufacturer’s terms.
BOS holds no liability for damages caused by third parties, force majeure, or misuse.

Warranties and Liability

Initial Deposit: Non-refundable, covering design, planning, and administrative costs.
Milestone Payments: Non-refundable for completed stages. Partial refunds may be considered for uninitiated milestones, subject to deductions for administrative and cancellation fees.
If work has commenced, the 1% booking amount is non-refundable.
If no work has started, 50% of the 1% booking amount will be refunded.
If the client has paid 5% of the total project cost as a booking amount and chooses to cancel, 80% of the 5% amount will be refunded, provided no work has begun.
If work has started, refunds will be assessed based on the stage of completion and specific project costs incurred.
Processing: Approved refunds will be issued within 30 business days via the original payment method.
Client Termination: Refunds, if applicable, will be based on project completion. Deductions apply for work completed, materials procured, and penalties as outlined in the contract.
Company Termination: In the event BOS terminates the project, full or partial refunds will be processed based on the completion stage.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom materials, permits, third-party services, and subcontractor charges are non-refundable.
Processing: Approved refunds will be issued within 30 business days via the original payment method.
